Repairs and replacements will be free of charge to the consumer. This coverage includes all necessary expenses incurred to remedy the product’s lack of conformity with the contract, particularly shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.

- Damage resulting from misuse.
- Tampering by personnel outside the official service network of each brand.
- Alterations and damage caused by corrosive acids or other products.
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the product’s appearance.
- Battery replacement.
- Loss or theft of the product.
Returns can be made as follows:
- Return the product within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Download the (Return Form), which must be included in the return package.
