Damage resulting from misuse.

Battery replacement.
Loss or theft of the product.

Returns can be made as follows:

Return the product within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Download the (Return Form), which must be included in the return package.

The product must be returned undamaged. It’s okay to have tested the product, but it must not have been used.
For repairs covered by the warranty, be sure to send us the warranty card/brochure along with the product. Warranty repairs that are sent without the warranty card/brochure cannot be processed.
