In the event of a defective product, franciscoortuno.es will, as appropriate, repair, replace, or offer a price reduction; these services will be provided free of charge to the consumer and user. Franciscoortuno.es is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of the product’s delivery.

Repairs and replacements will be free of charge to the consumer. This coverage includes all necessary expenses incurred to remedy the product’s lack of conformity with the contract, particularly shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.

The warranty applies provided that the product is used under the normal conditions of use specified by the suppliers. Franciscoortuno.es is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for:

• Damage resulting from misuse.
• Tampering by personnel outside the official service network of each brand.
• Alterations and damage caused by corrosive acids or other products.
• Normal wear and tear or aging of the product’s appearance.
• Battery replacement.
• Loss or theft of the product.

Returns can be made as follows:

• Return the product within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Download the (Return Form), which must be included in the return package.

• The product must be returned undamaged. It’s okay to have tested the product, but it must not have been used.
• For repairs covered by the warranty, be sure to send us the warranty card/brochure along with the product. Warranty repairs that are sent without the warranty card/brochure cannot be processed.
